When I ask for my pen back, give me my pen back!

Recently I lent a girl my pen for finnishing off some notes. But it was my only pen so I had to ask for it back, she said no she was still writing. It was my pen and needed it, thus the following words were as follows:
Me: Look: "my pen or your virginity. I'm taking something from you."
Her : "I'm not a virgin."
Me: "So give me the pen"
Just glad my teacher didn't hear.
